Lovey Teether Tutorial | Raccoon Triangle Print

So I looked up some appropriate lovey sizes. I had some minky that I wanted to use, but not enough for a big blanket. The lovey security blankets are so convenient in cars, carts, airplanes etc. if it's just to give the baby something comfy to snuggle with. The spoonflower minky is SO soft, and the back side is just regular ol' minky from Joann's to match.

Materials

+Fat Quarter of two materials (cut to 13" squares) I used minky from Spoonflower with the custom watercolor raccoons and triangles print.

+Wooden Teether Rings, I got mine from amazon here

+ Snaps, I got a little pack from Joann's

Instructions

1. Cut fabric to 13" squares

2. Pin right sides together

3. Sew with a 3/8" seam allowance (leaving a 2" gap)

4. Cut the corners then flip right side out

5. Top stitch at 1/8" all the way around the edges.

6. Add snaps to one corner of the lovey, and snap in your ring
